Refund policy

We want you to love your House of Juliet pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
• Accompanied by any original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

House of Juliet reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.
